Randall Roisman
Managing Partner
Randall Roisman’s career has spanned more than 28 years in healthcare finance, strategy, and operations, including multiple C-Suite and VP/Executive level roles within various complex and well-respected integrated delivery healthcare systems and large dental groups in one of the most competitive markets in the country – the Los Angeles and Orange County area, including Cedars-Sinai, Providence, and MemorialCare. He has more than 17 years of experience in the dental industry leading a very large private, multi-specialty dental group in Southern California.
Prior to founding Olive Tree Advisory Group, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of MemorialCare Medical Foundation, where he, Dr. Mark Schafer, and Laurie Sicaeros created a transformative, industry-first joint venture partnership between MemorialCare and a top 5 national dental support organization to build multiple co-located medical and dental offices to address the connections between oral and systemic health.
Mr. Roisman earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of California, San Diego and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Mark Schafer, MD

Mark Schafer is a Physician Executive with over 30 years of experience leading physicians and physician organizations. Dr. Schafer was Chief Executive Officer of the MemorialCare Medical Foundation in Southern California from 2014 until his retirement in 2023. The Medical Foundation grew to over $650 million in revenue, 200+ sites of care, and over 800,000 patients.
Prior to his CEO role, he served as Chief Medical Officer at both the Medical Foundation, as well as for ten years at Bristol Park Medical Group prior to MemorialCare’s acquisition.
Dr. Schafer earned his Bachelor of Science with Distinction in Neurobiology at the University of Michigan, his Medical Degree from The Chicago Medical School, and his Internal Medicine residency at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center.
Laurie Sicaeros

Laurie Sicaeros is an experienced health care executive drawing on more than 20 years of operational, strategic and innovative roles within a leading health care system. Most recently, Ms. Sicaeros served as Chief Strategy Officer for MemorialCare Health System, a $3B, 117-year non-profit health system in the competitive market of Southern California, known for its leading efforts value-based care.
Prior to her CSO role, Ms. Sicaeros served more than 7 years as the Chief Operating Officer for MemorialCare’s ambulatory division, a division she built through start-up and acquisition provided the management functions for medical group, IPA and a variety of ancillary joint venture partners. Additionally, she adds experience in Physician Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions to Marketing & Business Development to Informatics & EHRs and CINs to the team from across the region.
Ms. Sicaeros holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Long Beach and a master’s degree in health care administration from Chapman University.
